Premier Inn Farnborough West (Southwood)

Good location. Good food at Brewers Faure. Comfy bed. Nice size room, clean. Teaa & coffee. Friendly staff

Staff are very helpful, beds are comfy and there's spare pillows. You can ask to have your room cleaned if you're staying several nights or just leave out towels outside of the door to get changed. Plenty of parking, you just need to register your car with reception

Not enough staff who place us dirty corridors half painted rubbish on floor glasses and plates everywhere in bar as not enough staff to clean up also same problem at breakfast a group came in and no where to sit as tables hadn’t been cleared

Very poor standard disappointing from the start and just got worse. Reception area was dusty dirty with stains on the carpet thick cobwebs over wall lights. Staff sat around doing nothing. Stairs up to the 1st floor needed vacuuming fire extinguisher was covered in thick dust. Room - Curtain hanging off Dirty marks on the walls Dirty refreshment tray Dusty carpet Dirty bathroom Cobwebs everywhere Pub- No staff Dirty tables all evening People complaining about wait for food Glasses everywhere Breakfast- Dirty tables No staff Items empty Food cold Not value for money at all, my advise Do Not Stay Here !!!

Third stay, still very happy with this convenient hotel, hand for M3 motorway (junction 4 A ) clean and tidy, ultra-comfortable bed, wide-screen TV, pleasant food in the adjoining Brewer's Fayre, welcoming garden, no complaints or issues whatsoever !

Just can't beat Premier Inn for a good night's sleep - quiet, comfortable room and beds. We asked for a quiet room and Navid found us a room at the end of a corridor - perfect. On returning to our room after a meal out we found the heater didn't seem to be working properly and Navid brought us extra duvets. Result - we had the good night's sleep we always have at Premier Inn.

Terrible experience got to the hotel checked in and was not told about the parking eye untill the next morning and that I would have to pay the £100 parking fine nothing to do with them and they could not help no one told us about putting your reg in to avoid the fine never again

Overall what you want from premier inn breakfast was a let down not enough staff which meant table clearing and restocking buffet etc suffered and plates were cold which meant so was the food

The manager was very pleasant and no job was too big for him, the whole team made our stay very welcoming even though they seemed under staffed. The restaurants breakfast was very nice and they were also very under staffed only saw 1 man out front for the 4 meals we went in for! That was the same man aswel!
