The hotel is not far from Heathrow Airport, and it only takes more than 40 minutes to drive back to West London on weekends. The transportation is convenient. And there is free parking. The overall experience is good, and you can order it again.

Great value for money, old facilities, old-fashioned feel. The room is not cleaned every day. This is the rule for 3 stars and below. The bar on the first floor is super popular. The package is about 10 pounds and includes big-name beer. There is a big supermarket opposite

The overall experience at the hotel was lovely - reception were friendly, the food was serviceable (dinner was a little questionable) but I want to extend my heartfelt thank you to the Housekeeping supervisor. My husband struggles with severe PTSD triggered by loud sounds and we weren't informed of the fire alarm going off routinely on a Friday at check-in. Just as we were leaving in the late morning the fire alarm went off and it sent my partner into sheer panic. Right behind us was a lovely gentleman with glasses and I do hope he comes across this - he immediately helped my husband who slid to the ground and calmed him down, helped him with some breathing exercises and got him some water and chocolate as he was feeling faint. He reassured us it's just a fire testing and remained so calm and polite towards both of us. He helped my husband back to our room so he can sit down and engaged in conversation to distract him from the episode he just had. Vlad, your support meant the world to us and I will remember the method you used to help us in future!

I attended my sons wedding and stayed at your hotel between Friday 3 rd May and Sunday 5th May. The staff were brilliant from start to finish the service was excellent, the room and the food were outstanding. I would thoroughly recommend staying with you.Razvan is amazing.

A very nice, modern hotel. The bar area is spacious and pleasant to sit and work, as is the garden. Rooms are clean and a good size with tv, tea and coffee making facilities and iron and ironing board. The gym is small, but has good equipment in. It is well located near town for access to local amenities. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Rosie who always has a smile on her face and cannot do enough to help you out. Very pleased that work booked me in here, and would definitely recommend this hotel.

A reasonably well located hotel with decent parking. Super polite staff and comfortable rooms. A nice modern open bar/cafe with a decent selection of beers and spirits served by a smiling Rosie. Coffee also available. 🤣 The gym is well equipped but ceilings are a little low if you’re lanky like me.
