This is the second time we are having a seminar here this year, Big Dan has been so good in making sure we are very comfortable. He does this with a smiling face too, very commendable. Very impressed with the service, clean restrooms also. nice place to be.

We stayed for one night after attending the Farnborough football club players awards , the Room was spotless , friendly reception staff greeted us upon check in , was a enjoyable stay

Baby Shower, Excellent room and facilities, Food was excellent and plenty of it, chicken drum sticks are amazing. Excellent friendly customer service, Dan and his team ( Olive w, & Andy ) went above and beyond, making our Daughters day extra special. Highly recommended this venue.

I organised an awards dinner for 160 people. 3 courses, speeches and a disco, it couldn’t have been more perfect. Most amazing staff, catered for all dietary requirements (and all music tastes!!). Massive thanks to big Dan the leader of the night and the rest of the team including the fabulous bar staff. No request was too much. Would highly recommend for any sports events, business conferences, weddings…. Ask for Dan!

All very good apart from the air conditioning was broken. There was a "plug-in" radiator left in the room, however, this was not a large enough heat source for the room & there was no heat at all in the bathroom.

Overall my stay was poor. The things that were good was the cleanliness of the room and the friendly hotel staff, however the negatives outweighed the positives. Excessive noise - it is apparent that the hotel prioritises gym members over the hotel. Look forward to booming music everyday at 0630hrs and on the dot. No chance for a lay in. Disabled parking - plenty of spaces in the car park for disabled parking, just the hotels inability to control it. Cars park where they want and no badges displayed. Shows zero respect to those with disabilities. Breakfast - the food was bland and basic. Whilst it covered all the bases, it’s my opinion that it’s a little basic and lacked taste. Occasionally a little cold too.
