2 star hotel with 5 star service. The staff was excellent and friendly, breakfast was awesome and the room was great. Dont really have a bad thing to say.

This was a delightful spot with wonderful service. The breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend staying here while in Faro. I’d give it more stars if I could.

Everything was great! Comfy bed, friendly helpful staff and access to kitchen if needed. We did have trouble finding though, not very well signposted and it was dark. Also the sliding bathroom door was quite noisy.
Lovely area with the lemon tree for sitting in for breakfast. Would recommend.

Such a beautiful and unique property, with a wonderful staff! The personal attention and guidance upon check-in was worth the experience by itself! Breakfast is well above expectations! Many great restaurants and bars within a 10 min walk and also walkable to the Old Town sights. Thank you!

The hotel itself was nice, we enjoyed the artistic, tasteful design, and of course the lemon tree.
But BY FAR the best thing was the staff. They were absolutely phenomenal, throughout the entire booking process, and stay. They were super quick and thorough with there email responses to all my questions. They made sure everything was taken care of, from start to finish, and made us feel extremely comfortable, well looked after.
Couldn't recommend this place more highly! Thank you to Tais, Rita, and all the other staff :)
