Great location, right next to the Little Chapel. The kitchen is a bonus for cooking, and the shared bathrooms are spacious with multiple showers, all very clean and tidy!

There was no shampoo or shower gel provided. The bed had gaps, making me worried my belongings would fall through. The shelf next to the bed was very dusty. There's no elevator, the kitchen smelled awful, and there was no cold drinking water.

First of all, I'm really loving Faro!
The staff here are all very nice and helpful.
At the beginning of the night, the window was open, so it was a bit noisy and hard to sleep. But someone in the room turned on the AC, which made it better in the end.
The shower and bathroom were average, but the public area was cozy and comfortable.
I didn't join, but they also offer some special dinner options.
It was just a one-night stay, but overall, a good place to stay.
