I booked two rooms for two nights and the front desk staff was very kind. However, the toilet board in one of the two rooms was broken, so I had to hold the toilet board with my hands to use the bathroom. The air conditioner in the other room was broken, and the hot water in the guest room was hot and cold. Finally, we changed to a room with a broken toilet board the next day.
