I think it’s the best hotel in Faro city. Great facilities. The rooftop pool was nice.

Excellent hotel, well situated in the centre of Faro. Staff were friendly and helpful, whether on reception or in the restaurant for breakfast, where everyone’s taste was catered for. Our room was lovely and serviced to a high standard at least twice daily. Plenty of coffee and water left for us. Weather was pretty grim whilst we were there - high winds and rain - so made good use of the spa. Highly recommend

Anyone looking for a perfect City break in a fantastic Hotel could really not find anywhere better. The photos make it look wonderful but in truth it is even better. The attention to detail is just amazing and yet it is not pretentious at all. The staff are all great, really friendly and welcoming. Loved the little touches that make it extra special too. On our first night we were taken to a restaurant in the little Tuktuk and he also picked us up later. The Spa is gorgeous and would be perfect if the weather was not too good but after a winter of grey skies and rain in England we were blessed to find temperatures in the mid 20’s and spent most of the time around the roof top pool watching the storks flying high in a perfect blue sky. It has to said that the pool is freezing cold on the first step but once in refreshing and we went in every day. (Maybe a solar panel could just warm It up a little bit). The. Breakfasts cater for every taste with fruits, pastries, smoked salmon, cheeses and eggs cooked in lots of ways. English breakfast, fabulous breads and cereals. The location is right in the middle of the town and yet it is quiet.

We stayed B&B for 4 nights. The Hotel was very modern, clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were of the highest standard but special mention must be given to the lady who was the concierge and one of the staff in the restaurant called Neuza. Both these ladies could not have helped more and were a joy to deal with.

As so many people have already said this hotel is almost perfect. It is in a great location with everything within walking distance, even the railway station. There are lots of lovely restaurants in the surrounding streets. Although we arrived early our room was ready. It was a very quiet room and the blackout curtains are effective so we slept well in the large comfortable bed. It took a day or two to master the switches for the lights and curtains. The room is beautifully appointed with plenty of storage, a little sofa, a silent fridge with complimentary drinks which were topped up each day, and a lovely bathroom with a powerful rain shower and good lighting. The breakfasts were very good, you have the option of sitting inside or in the covered outdoor area which we preferred as it was cooler and less noisy. There is a fantastic range of food on the buffet, the warm nata are delicious. There are a la carte options as well which are made very quickly. There are plenty of friendly staff to clear the tables, top up your filter coffee, or bring a special coffee like a cappuccino. The spa pool is too small for a swim but it is a lovely space to relax in, never too busy. The roof top is also a nice space with views over the city and lots of seating. It was kind of the hotel to acknowledge my birthday as we didn't tell them. They gave me a card offering 2 glasses of sparkling wine and dessert when we dined in one of their restaurants. It would have been very generous if we could have used it. However it was near the end of our stay and we had already dined in Habito and Il Forno Nero was closed for the only meal we hadn't already reserved. We hope to stay again some time.

The hotel was included as part of Jet2 CityBreak. The rate includes breakfast at 20 euros per person, this adds additional value. The hotel is very clean, without the typical hotel smell. The rooms are good size, with a very large bathroom.A quirk was the lighting controls. There were lots of USB ports for charging, and the inclusive WiFi was fast. The rooftop bar/pool was good, but too cold to swim for me. The gym is well equipped and in good order The spa, small pool, steam room, and sauna are very good. We had breakfast at the hotel, which is buffet, plus cooked-to-order options. They offer a wide selection, although if you like/need tea, you have to ask for extra tea bags. Also, a shoutout to the staff, all of whom are very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A truly wonderful hotel with great facilities, location and staff. The hotel is both modern and clean providing for a comfortable sleep. A large walk in shower with Molton Brown toiletries. House keeping was twice a day with impeccable service. The fridge was topped up with large bottles of still and sparkling water along with cans of Coca Cola (all free of charge) The breakfast was plentiful with a selection from the buffet and a la carte menu which catered to all dietary requirements. Pool area - Plenty of comfortable sun loungers around an infinity pool A wonderful and enjoyable stay.. Thank you..
