I think it’s the best hotel in Faro city. Great facilities. The rooftop pool was nice.

Amazing hotel. The location, interior, staff, rooms, restaurants, bars, and pool were all fantastic! We had a standard room, which was spacious with a modern, slightly industrial design. Everything was clean, the bed was large and comfortable, and there was a balcony. We arrived around 7 PM and the spa had just closed, which was a bit disappointing as I was looking forward to it. However, the rooftop pool was open until sunset, and it was perfect after a long day. The rooftop area was excellent, with a terrace, lounge chairs, a pool with city views, and delicious cocktails. The pool water was a bit cool, but still enjoyable. We then went to the Italian restaurant on the ground floor, and everything was perfect. The food was delicious, the place was beautiful, the staff were excellent, and the DJ's music was fitting. Breakfast was also excellent with a great selection. All the hotel staff were very nice and professional, helping with our luggage, showing us to our room, providing a quick and easy check-in, and guiding us to the parking. This was the best experience, and I’m sad we only stayed one night. I highly recommend this place!

Nice hotel, very clean and bed comfy and huge. Roof top bar and pool stunning but pool cold and could not use apart from feet in only but that will be me, some people in pool others couldn’t do it. We found sound proofing was poor, we were on 3rd floor and not to sure exactly what the noises were first thing in the morning but we think it was setting up the roof top, chairs moving and cleaning going on. Planes noise were an issue in the morning from about 6ish also but it is a city hotel so should have thought about that. Staff were lovely at breakfast and sorry can’t remember his name but guy who looks after suit cases and always near reception was very polite and made you feel welcome.

Best hotel I saw in Faro. Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly & really looked after the guests. Breakfast was a great start to every day - rooms were nice & the roof top bar and pool were great. Could do with more sound proofing on 3rd floor rooms with noise coming from the roof top early when things are being prepared in the morning & flights from approx. 7am onwards. Otherwise - I would highly recommend.

We like the boutique nature and its proximity to the avenue but being on a side street is great. We wish we had more time to explore the in house library

This hotel is exceptional! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are gorgeous and immaculate. Parking is off-site since it’s a pedestrian zone, but staff will help you get to/from the parking easily.
