Very nice room and amenities, staff were very friendly. I would have found it helpful if the information provided about e.g. how to dial reception, the WiFi password and that kind of thing which is given to you by the guest liaison were also written down in the room somewhere, just because there is no way I'm going to remember anything that's said to me when I'm arriving exhausted and just want 5 minutes to myself. During my stay some of the other guests were a bit loud at night, couldn't say if that was just my luck or if the hotel typically attracts party crowds.

Super vriendelijk personeel, mooi hotel, uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijt en vooral ook hele fijne fitnessruimte en zwembad. De kamers zijn stijlvol en comfortabel. Midden in het stadscentrum.

This hotel goes the extra mile nothing is too much trouble the location is excellent the food fabulous and staff are so friendly and helpful, the roof top terrace has great views a gorgeous pool and a fabulous restaurant there is also an indoor pool which although is quite small it’s a very nice facility, the food in all of the restaurants is very very good

Nous y avons séjourné une semaine en mai 2024. En fait il n y a rien a dire car tout est parfait (accueil au top, petits dejs délicieux, literie impeccable, roof top magnifique). Expérience à refaire très prochainement à n en pas douter. OBRIGADO

Our room, the location, the superb breakfast, the gym and most importantly all of the staff were sheer perfection during our stay. I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel as perfect as this one. The rooftop area was lovely to relax in and the Italian restaurant produced a superb evening meal. Truly a 5 star experience.

This is one of the nicest properties that I stayed in Portugal. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The balcony was an added plus. The roof top pool and bar area were exquisite. It was nice to sit there and have a drink and unwind. The staff went above and beyond, they were so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again and would strongly recommend.
