I think it’s the best hotel in Faro city. Great facilities. The rooftop pool was nice.

We loved our 5-night break at 3HB in Faro and highly recommend this hotel. Their ace card is their staff: welcoming, charming, hospitable, and going beyond what is required. They could not have been more helpful nor professionally discreet. The interior design is superb with all natural materials, warm colour schemes, and tremendous attention to detail. Our large room (120) was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious with a wide choice available and special mention of freshly cut fruits, real honey, my husband loved the omelettes and I the crepes, the little coconut cakes and of course the crispiest more-ish Pastel de Nata. The pool area feels very luxurious and again the design element came into play. It is not the largest space but there are nooks and crannies to discover, plus this is a city hotel so I would suggest that if you want to sunbathe all day, then choose a resort hotel which offers precisely that. We really enjoyed the City of Faro thanks to the expert guidance of their guest relations desk, which is always manned in the lobby, and in particular Ricardo who has prepared a list of suggested restaurants showing their specialities and walking distance from the hotel, although the hotel food is truly excellent if you don’t want to go out. Faro is a gorgeous little city and we managed to arrange to do/see something every day, and the friendly locals made it very enjoyable. Probably the first time we have left a hotel thinking that we really must return.

Fantastic hotel! Great location Fabulous staff Great views Food and drink flawless! We hired a park and explored the Algarve, free car park 10 mins walk away. Faro is a lovely place and we would return. Only improvement would be a double room (we were given a twin) Otherwise absolutely wonderful!

Stunning hotel. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. We ate in both restaurants and all the food was delicious. The rooftop restaurant has great views across the city and the rooftop bar is a great place to watch the sunset. Breakfast was amazing, with so much choice and great quality. The location is perfect to just walk out to lots of lovely restaurants and shops and you are only five minutes walk from the marina. The hotel has a very relaxed and welcoming vibe, we would definitely recommend it and stay here again in the future. Our only suggestion would be for a couple of extra sun loungers or foot rests for the chairs by the pool, otherwise it was perfect.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in in Europe. Aside from its somewhat awkward location on an essentially pedestrian mall, this hotel ticks every box. Our second floor room was large, beautifully furnished, with lots of exposed wood and leather, and a large balcony screened from adjacent room balconies. The bed was the softest we encountered in Portugal, and the pillows were firm enough without replicating the hardness associated with traditional bolster pillows. The bar and restaurant on the top floor complemented the overall relaxed yet sophisticated vibe of the property. Equally as impressive was the breakfast room adjacent to the lobby area, and the breakfast spread was something to behold. Service was uniformly of a very high standard. It is apparent that staff really do strive to deliver their best. And no review would be complete without mention of the work Joao does in handling baggage and conveying folk in the hotel tuk-tuk between their parked vehicles and check-in. He could not have been more helpful.

New hotel in the Center of Faro. Very good service, nice roof top bar and pool. Nice and clean rooms.
