the room was dirty they gave us a room that was not clean because of the staff someone had slept there when we went to ask for another one but it was practically not friendly at all it was just bad I was at the reception for 12 minutes waiting for him to leave the office to go get what I needed and never left the office until I dialed the phone. never said sorry

HVAC system was bad! Very loud, and room was either very cold or very warm, never a comfortable temperature. I was constantly pulling on covers, then pushing them off.

The property is very nice and clean but the man Andre I had my encounters with was not. He did nit make any eye contact with me when checking in or out and then charged my card when I had already paid through ******* so I am now paying twice. When I called he said the money should be back to me in 2-3 business days and it's been almost a week and nothing and when I called again got a different person she said I had to talk to someone else and he is not in and his VM was full so can't leave a message. I am so annoyed with this place but the facility itself is very nice, clean and quiet

We stay here every year. This time the carpet was not as clean or fresh as our previous stays. The coffee pot did not work either. Other than that it was fine.

The beds and pillows were subpar. The hotel in general was fairly clean but it wasn’t pleasant to move a pillow and discover a dead bug.
