Try to not get a room facing I40. Loud Traffic sounds are not conducive to good sleep.

Front staff was very friendly and welcoming at check in. Room was clean. Hotel was accommodating in providing a late check out. Loved having the large fridge in room.

Pictures are not completely accurate. Door was not the right fit which left a gap at the bottom. No towels for bathing! Sits right next to the interstate and is noisy.

Customer Service was fantastic! Coby at the desk was so friendly and helpful, always with a smile. He epitomizes a wonderful IHG experience. Breakfast was awesome as were the staff! We recommended it to our family! Thank you again! Can't wait to come back!

Rooms nice and clean. Breakfast pretty good also. Only drawback for me is backside rooms (facing I-40) are a bit noisy. I stayed 2 times in April (2 weeks apart) and had highway side rooms both times. Maybe window seals or ???? I keep a log of hotels I stay at will request front side room in the future. I like this location as it is super convenient for highway access and some restaurants nearby.

Very old hotel room. The bathroom light had an electrical issue. It would turn off suddenly and wouldn’t go back on . My husband took a shower in the dark. Not the most friendly or helpful front desk staff . Breakfast was good .

I’m not quite sure how this property has received 10/10. Our room on the 4th floor smelled like smoke and faced the highway. I couldn’t sleep all night due to the traffic noise. Breakfast was terrible! At 6:50 am, nothing was filled…no bacon, limited bread and bagels, watered down orange juice and rotten fruit in the bowls. Not worth the money I paid…live and learn!

We often go to Knoxville for UT sports events. Having previously been booking typical hotel suites where the sitting area is separated from the sleeping area by a short wall & no kitchen, we decided to try Staybridge. What a surprise! For the same price, or a little less, we got an "L" shaped room where you enter with a full kitchen to one side, a desk & sofa beyond, and a king bed in the alcove. Then, from the bed area, you enter a vanity/closet area with a separate shower/toilet room. This set-up was light with 2 windows & felt much larger.

Had to stay for work and while there got to get familiar with the area and a few folks that worked at hotel. Everyone from front desk to the nice maintenance guy was polite and helpful. The hotel is right beside the interstate so it can be a little noisy but when you travel with your fan it works out.
