Отличный отель! С вкусной едой, прекрасной винной картой, уютными номерами и идеальным сервисом! Отдельно хочется выделить работу детского клуба!! Деток действительно занимали интересными вещами: они и играли в пиратов, и строили песчаные замки, ловили крабов, лепили суши и многое многое другое! Спасибо Aktoty, Jool, Rish, Vicky !! Emerald Maldives provided a wonderful experience for the whole family! Everyone was lovely and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Our host, Min was so nice and well organized. She was able to fulfill every wish and was so helpful. We loved the delicious food and great wine selection. The sports and diving center provided excellent service and a great variety of entertainment. We loved our vacation and will be back again soon!

The whole Staff was very friendly and always engaged. Everything was prepared well, from arrival to departure. Min, the Villa-Host, was always reachable and react very fast. All people was smiling the whole day and at the second day the know what we like.

An extraordinary place, highly recommended An amazing place, everything is perfect from the location to the food to the staff and service. We stayed there for 10 days with our 4 year old son and he too had an amazing stay. The hotel/island has everything you need for an amazing stay. We were also amazed about the excellent childcare at the hotel, a very kind and friendly team who did an amazing job with the children (a big thank you to Vicky, Rish, Kate and Jool). From relaxation and peace to fun water activities, everything is available on the island. We stayed in a Watervilla which we would highly recommend. Thanks also to the hotel for being as eco-friendly as possible. All in all, an extraordinary stay that you should book without hesitation.

Это был один из великолепных отдыхов в нашей жизни! На острове провели незабываемых 16 ночей. Отдыхали вдвоем с мужем. Остров большой, много зелени, есть где погулять. Единственный минус - много плохих мест для купания, босиком вокруг острова не пройдешь, много кораллов, намытых с океана. Вроде убирают, но недостаточно. Есть пляжные виллы, напротив которых, вообще нет возможности для купания. Водные виллы с великолепным заходом в океан, вода высокая, купаться одно удовольствие! Все виллы классные, комфортные, просторные ( мы были в трех категориях), чистые. Все необходимое из гигиенических принадлежностей имеется. Из всех уборщиков хочется выделить АНIHO. Он профессионал своего дела!!!! Таких сотрудников нужно ценить и премировать! Ведь они нам создают уют и сервис! Рестораны на острове все классные, меню продумано до мелочей, для каждого гостя найдется все, что захочешь, как для мясоежек, так и для веганов..! Очень профессиональный состав официантов и сомелье. После первого пребывания в ресторане, они уже знают твои предпочтения. Не успеешь подумать, они уже тут как тут с твоим полюбившимся блюдом! Хочется отметить таких парней как, SHANOON, AK, NITIN. Очень разнообразная карта вин, крепких напитков и коктейлей очень хорошего качества. На Мальдивах такое разнообразие вина редко встретишь. Ну и отдельная благодарность мистеру KIDI ! Этот человек сделал наш отдых на 10++++++!!!!! На завтраке, обеде и ужине он всегда присутствовал, заботился о нас, понимал нас по одному только взгляду! Он настолько классный, что хочется вернуться в этот отель из-за него! И повидаться еще раз с ним! Батлер у нас была Айдана. Молоденькая девченка, опыта с общением гостей немного надо поднабраться ей. Когда мы уезжали, она нас не пришла проводить..🥲. Мы уже пятый раз на Мальдивах, были во многих отелях, есть с чем сравнить! Этот Отель классный, всем рекомендую!!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel, we had a water villa which had gorgeous view of the ocean and was very luxurious our assistant Faya was extremely friendly and helpful. He had arranged restaurant reservations for us which was perfect & was extremely concerned and very helpful when one of our party need medical help . The food and drink was outstanding with plenty of options and the quality was not compromised with it being all inclusive. All four restaurants were fabulous quality with the fish and seafood being the standout option for us , there was always a varied choice with something to suit all tastes. The sommeliers Shivam, Jeevs and Prakash really understood our wine tastes and introduced us to wines and grapes we would never have considered. The sports and water sports facilities were superb with tennis, padel tennis, gym, SUP and much more. We would like to name all the incredible staff as they made our holiday one we will never forget however a few went above and well beyond, so a special thank you to Naresh, Perla, Kuttan, the lady who showed us to our table in the aqua restaurant making sure we had breeze of a fan or a perfect beach table for the gala evening, KD (restaurant manager) who seemed to split him self in four as he was at each restaurant . We would highly recommend and quite understand why this resort won the world’s best all-inclusive.
