Excelente atención, buen estado de las instalaciones. Para destacar la comodidad de la cama. Por otro lado, la piscina cubierta un poco chica para la capacidad del hotel (fui un fin de semana lluvioso y fue muy difícil hacer uso de las instalaciones del spa). Por último, la comida muy buena (tanto del restaurante Leonforte como del lobby) y el desayuno completísimo.

Una experiencia digna del olvido, no puedo encontrar nada positivo en esta estadía, desde el check in, desbordado de gente, con poco personal y de mal humor .. hasta la pileta que no tenía toallas x nosotros teníamos que entender que estaban con pocos recursos ! Impresentable .. ante todas las quejas las respuestas eran esas! Cero empatía, cero predisposición para brindar respuesta a problemas que eran del hotel .. el Spa no era apto discapacitados, había en el hotel una persona en silla de ruedas y nadie le dio una respuesta coherente!!

Muy buen hotel, Y la atención es excelente . El lugar donde está es privilegiado. Buen gimnasio, spa y piscina . Los restaurante son muy buenos y las habitaciones muy cómodas . Es un hotel para disfrutar en familia, pareja o de negocios . Sin duda volvería

El hotel era excelente con opciones diversas y geniales, el paseo en bicicleta, las piscinas, el hotel era grande etc etc. Le puse un 4 por unas pequeñas molestias en el hotel, aún que, todo lo demás, estuvo genial, les recomiendo mucho el paseo en bicicleta y no perderse las demás opciones excepcionales.

Es un muy buen hotel, pintoresco con vista al campo de golf. El desayuno es excelente y las comidas que ofrecen los restaurantes también son de calidad, aunque con porciones discretas para su elevado el precio. La pileta exterior es linda sin climatizado. Habitación normal. Fuimos a ese hotel para visitar el parque Temaiken, el cual recomiendo.

Muy deteriorado. Sin mantenimiento. El servicio horrible. Toallas y toallones viejos y ROTOS No había cofia de baño y al solicitarla me dijeron que no tenían stock Muy linda la caja de mármol para el papel tissue del baño , lastima que solo tenía DOS ( literal ) a modo de adorno Todo deplorable

We have stayed here about 7 times. The staff is very accommodating and the security is tight. Lovely outdoor pool area but it’s not heated. Housekeeping does a great job. Good restaurant, room service and bar. Take the free bikes for a ride around the golf course. Lots of birds including owls can be seen at any time of day.

El hotel se publicita como de alta categoría y le falta mantenimiento. Ciertas paredes necesitan pintura, zona de piletas bonita pero baldosas del deck levantadas (un peligro en un lugar donde la gente camina descalza), reposeras que para cambiarlas de posición requerían de mucha fuerza y jacuzzis con hidrobotones que no andaban, telarañas y mugre por la piscina, paredes despintadas, (ver fotos que subo), toallas de la piscina rotas y deshilachadas. Además no había ningún tipo de actividad o entretenimiento alli (ni siquiera un set de dardos) salvo un inflable para niños. Había enfrente pero no daba con 40 grados cruzar y caminar. Habitación amplia y baño con buena ducha, pero se moja el piso al duch****. Colchones algo blandos para mi gusto. El servicio de desayuno es sabroso y variado. Pero la cena del restaurant Leonforte fue muy mala, la noche que comimos allí era buffet y al preguntar sobre el menú nos dijeron que variaba dependiendo "la comida disponible del día" y vaya si era cierto... muy pocas opciones para elegir (solo una pasta con filetto por ej.) y el sector de "parrilla" con carnes incomibles (asado recalentado y súper seco y vacío sin sabor), y ni hablar de las mini porciones que te sirven, postres también desabridos, lo único rescatable eran las ensaladas. Y hay que tener en cuenta que no es nada barato cenar allí...26mil por persona y no comí nada...un desastre.... En definitiva, hotel con buenas instalaciones pero al que le falta hacer más mantenimiento..con lo que costó, esperaba más
