Honestly, the staff always had a smile and was ready to help whatever the issue. Clean room, super comfortable bed, great temperature, quiet, excellent locations for plugs to charge devices via USB.

******* does not say hotel is in a apar**ent complex. Tenants were rude and just giving dirty looks. AC stopped working the 2nd day and we were there for 9 days and they did nothing about it. It was super hot and all they provided was a fan. They weren’t able to switch us to another room. Not happy with this place. We would get to the hotel late and there would be homeless people by the door trying to come in the building. We would have to close the door quickly. I would not recommend staying here.

Très bon accueil, chambre familiale très propre, piscine chauffée, salle de sport, trampoline pour enfant à l'extérieur, parking privé, emplacement proche du sanctuaire et du chemin des petits bergers plusieurs restaurants aux alentours.

Super friendly staff. Hotel location, 7 minutes walk from the basilica esplanade. Our room was very spacious with a very comfortable mattress, pillows and sheets. Outdoor but closed and free parking. Restaurants nearby for breakfast and lunch. Value for money. insuperable

What a great hotel. This definitely deserves an extra star, it should be a 4 star hotel, not 3. The room was a little small but big enough for me, my things and to have a bit of space to walk around. Everything is clean and modern and the location is great. The pool was also a nice touch. I would definitely stay there again.

A very well located hotel, rich in friendliness, good cleanliness, great for a visit to Fátima! You can walk to the Sanctuary and stroll around Fátima. Good to stay with family. We also love breakfast 😁
