Segunda vez que me hospedo neste hotel. Atendimento muito bom com funcionários super atenciosos. Hotel localizado em frente ao santuário. Fiquei num quarto duplo no 3º andar, sem varanda mas com vista para o santuário. Limpeza do quarto e do banheiro com troca de toalhas todos os dias. Como da outra vez, o quarto estava super limpo. Internet com sinal perfeito. O café da manhã estava excelente com variedades de sucos e pães. Com ovos e frutas variadas. Custo benefício muito bom.

Os quartos são aciados e agradáveis. O problema está no repasto porque não há grande escolha e é a base de frango e peru, a sobremesa é pobre o vinho e de cubas e tem poucos empregados. A comida chega fria a mesa.

Cómodo, céntrico, limpio y gente encantadora. Nos encanto l visita a Fatima y la amabilidad de los trabajadores de este complejo más aun. Asi da gusto viajar, repetiremos sin duda! Por poner alguna pega es que es algo antiguo, pero tiene encanto!

Nice 3* star hotel in Fatima, close to the sanctuary and main center. Hotel itself is very simple but has all the necessary amenities needed and it is very clean. Breakfast had a good choice of food. Slightly pricey in my opinion but then again it was summer when everyone tries to go visit as a tourist

The food was disgraceful. The selection was brutal. One day we got fried eggs and chips for dinner. Vegetables were served twice in a week. Breakfast was the only meal which I didn't dread. The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff were friendly but the food was just shocking.

The rooms were disgusting. There was a pervading smell of years of sweaty feet embedded in the carpet. The tub/shower was filthy, with someone’s leftover hair in the tub surround and mold growing around the edge of the tub. I half expected to see cockroaches running around - I didn’t, thankfully, but would not have been surprised. The crowning glory was the day the front desk phoned our room. I picked up the phone to find a long black hair and years worth of filth in the the receiver cradle. It was truly nauseating.

Bad service at reception . Most senior employee treated the intern badly and with little respect even in front of customers. Being even rude to customers. Rooms Generally musty smelling rooms and poor breakfast in relation to the quality and variety. Good location

Funcionários muito simpáticos, preocupados e prestáveis, boa limpeza, localização excelente, bom estacionamento privativo. Pontos negativos: mau Wi-Fi dentro do quarto, decoração antiquada, pequeno almoço fraco (sem pão para torradas, sem fruta descascada, sem aveia, falta de funcionários). Boa relação qualidade preço atendendo à localização e simpatia dos funcionários, sempre preocupados em servir bem apesar de escassos.
