This budget hotel exceeds my expectations. It is near to the domestic airport, McDonald's, supermarket, etc. The sleep quality is excellent since the bedding and pillows are all comfortable. It will keep you warm during winter.

We booked in to the hotel as it looked to be close to the City but also specialty fabric stores on Sydney Rd. Turned out to be a great spot, with close access to Trams & Trains and onsite free parking. The room we had for two of us was spacious and clean. Looked to be recently renovated with a comfy bed and huge wall mounted TV. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ended up staying there twice over the course of our trip after an interlude at another motel. A great find!

Our stay here was amazing, the apartment was big and spacious even equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Overall the hotel is very new and clean, and right next to a small shopping mall with a grocery store, eateries and a cinema. It is rather far from melbourne city area but easy to get to with a cab.

It was very comfortable. In addition, as soon as I entered the store, there was disinfectant and there was also an automatic temperature checker, so I felt safe using the store.

Filthy place to stay, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Stayed here for a well needed holiday but got a holiday from hell. As soon as you walk into the foyer the place has a musky smell, when going into the room it seemed nice at first look. After being in there for 10 mins you start getting effected by the dust in the air not to mention trying to sleep in the bed, it feels like sleeping on a slab of cement. We rented a queen room for 7 nights, we used the bunks that were included in our room just shut off by a door as these were softer. We only stayed 2 nights but that was enough. The dust was that thick in the room that you could physically see it floating in the room like snow falling. My partner spent the second night in the car as it was playing up his sinuses to the point where he felt he couldn't breath, also the swipe card for the room deactivated itself to add to everything else that night. If we could have left the second night we would have but had to talk about getting a refund. When speaking to hotels.com they said thwy would have to talk to the reception to find out what was going on and if hey would refund. When they tried to call the reception phones they were apparently not working, seemed very convenient considering she was picking it up in front of me and saying it was working. We were told by hotels.com to leave and they would try calling reception again later to sort out the refund. Before we left we were asked to show them what the problem was so went up and show them all the dust and filth. They said they didn't know about this and that it must be the cleaners cutting corners. I feel this hard to believe since it is so dirty and looks like it hasn't been cleaned for ages. After we left I got a call from the receptionist to ask if we had used the bunks, I explained yes and the reason why but he told me that wasn't part of the price and it would cost more to clean it. In the end they only wanted to refund us for 3 nights. thanks to hotels.com they made up the difference. Sorry about the rant but I don't want anyone else's to have a holiday from hell like this again.

The Quest team were friendly, helpful, informative. Rooms were cleaned and well maintained. Very comfortable apartment. Good closet space, shower good and bed very comfortable. I recommend this for long and short stays; Highpoint is within walking distance and the Italian across the road is a great food option.

Only stayed one night, but we were most impressed that this quality accommodation is available at such a good location at such a low price. Drive your car right up to your door is a plus too. Spotlessly clean inside and out with all amenities in a large room in great condition. We'll be back.

Great place to stay when attending a conference. Room was spacious, comfortable and was great to have a kitchen to prepare food to take for lunch. Also enjoyed having an opening door and balcony in the room. A local told me about the Preston Markets and it was a great place to get fresh produce. But plenty of other options for eating out close by and a cafe out the front.

Firstly staff were very friendly and helpful, could not be faulted. Complained that internet was down, moved rooms but problem did not improve. Needed to sit in reception or in yard to check mails etc. Pool was closed but on last day attempts were being made to clean it so possibly will be opened in near future. It is a motel, so for those in a car probably very convenient, but if no car location not ideal as there is a fair walk to shops, Tram etc. All in all a good 11 day stay.
