The hotel is a very nice facility. (It should be; it's quite new.) The breakfast was excellent: waffle iron, eggs and sausage, decent oa**eal and bagels. The room was slightly on the small side but comfortable. Primary complaints: HVAC and hot water. The heater did not work at all for the first 12 hours. I called the desk and they sent maintenance. From that time onward, the heat just ran constantly; the thermometer in the thermostat eventually reached 90 degrees (though I'm sure that was a little high). I had to open the window, with an outside temp of 17 degrees, just to keep from sweating. The shower required literally 6 minutes to reach its top temperature. (If it matters, we were on the 3rd floor.)

This hotel is not extra special but it was clean comfortable and run by helpful and friendly staff. I was disappointed to see the hot tub filled and covered, otherwise to do not have any complaints about the Fairfield inn. It was in close proximity to dining and shopping and easy to get in and out of. My stay was quiet and enjoyable.

Quick check-in process. Breakfast is from 630-9am downstairs and there is plenty of decent coffee there! If you have children traveling with you, this breakfast option is a major perk. Lots of things kids will eat there. The room was clean and equipped with the basics. A Keurig in the room- ( 2 coffee pods, no tea bags, powdered creamer) Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser in large shower. Shower floor pan is very slippery when wet!! Shower had a nice sliding glass door. I had room 314 which was a larger king suite. My window faced the highway, and I did hear highway sounds. I would ask not to stay on this side of the building if I do ever return to this property. I am a light sleeper. My room had two large televisions on the wall. Comfortable and no- frills hotel stay.

We were greeted by a friendly employee at check in and went straight to our room. Our room was beside the elevator and I feared it being loud. We didn't hear it but we did have a long 'hall' in our room in the space surrounding the elevator shaft. The room could use more outlets by the beds but there is a lot of shelf/horizontal space so you don't have to keep your stuff on the floor. The rooms have a little refrigerator. The bathroom was very spacious - though there was hair in the shower. Overall it was a good experience.

Over all, we will definitely stay again. The 1 king bed room with a nice walk in shower was amazing. The whole hotel smells clean, even the 2 elevators were clean. Stayed on the second floor elevator was smooth ride, couldn't hear other rooms. We even had the opposing college team that played the hogs and we never heard the floors above us or below. (4 floors). Breakfast was hot and refreshed when got low. Offering chocolate milk, white, yogurt, toppings; granola, chocolate chips, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and cranberries. 1 waffle iron (which was BUSY), two day stay and both days was scrambled eggs and choice of sausage or turkey sausage, bread choices was biscuits, english muffin, variety of muffins (blueberry) , bagels, toast, and cereal. Coffee was not the best feature. (Watered down) They have half&half, cream or hazelnut. Offers hot tea as well. Oa**eal is also offered on the buffet.
