I stayed overnight at this property on a business trip. When I arrived at the hotel, I had inadvertently made reservations for another day online. The front desk staff were wonderful helping me sort out my situation as the hotel was almost sold out. My room was on the 1st floor and was very nice. All the furniture and furnishings appeared to be new or very well maintained by the housekeeping staff. Nothing better than staying in a clean hotel, and this one was spotless. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would 100% stay here again on my next trip. The convenience of the hotel to downtown Fayetteville and Trilith Studios makes it a perfect place to stay. Uber ride to the Atlanta Airport is about 30 mins.

We stayed with our family and were very pleased with the cleanliness of our rooms and all of the facilities. The service was wonderful, with a warm welcome from the gentleman who checked us in, to the housekeeping supervisor and housekeepers, and all of the staff we encountered. Lori at breakfast was so accommodating and provided us with an excellent breakfast experience. You can tell the team at this hotel are working very hard to take great care of their guests and everywhere you turned was immaculate. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Had a great time on our 2 night trip. Only problem we had was it took us over an hour and a half to get our food from the restaurant downstairs. Thankfully the hotel covered our expenses due to our troubles. Everything else was wonderful. Beautiful views from the 15th floor. Super close to Georgia aquarium, world of coke, and more!

My names is Francinia Frazier, I used this hotel as a meeting place for family, friends, and out of town guests during my bereavement. The love and kindness shown to me from the staff was amazing. Staff members Deondra Askew, Candy Fowlkes, Merna (Tierra), Charlotte, Vickie, Trejon treated me and all my family members with the up most respect everyday checking to see if I was ok. They prayed and consoled with me daily. All my family members was so impressed with the staff and the cleaning of the facility. We conclude this was the best hotel in the world. If you are traveling and looking for a place to stay this is the place. Peaceful, loving, caring, warm, friendly, kind and good food this is your place. I promise you will not regret staying at this hotel. It the best.

Sadly, we were coming back home for a Funeral. We were three adults & 3 children, aged 6-9-12 so we reserved two adjoining rooms. I needed a handicapped room with a king bed. The rooms were beautiful and appeared quite clean. We were meeting up with family - I had told my brother and his adult sons to stay here. My niece, who lives nearby, picked me up at the airport and joined the rest of us for a few drinks & some food at the lobby bar. I was shocked by how Large this hotel is. In walking from our rooms to the restaurant, I realized I could not walk that far! I have MS. I called downstairs to see if a wheelchair was available. She didn’t know but w would call me right back. No phone call. So 45 min later I called & was told “someone in my room declined it.” Instead of a call, someone came to the room where the kids were playing, adjoined to MY room. My 6 year old opened the door and told the man they didn’t need a wheelchair! A six year old! Why not ask me ME? Or an adult at least? I am accustomed to high prices in hotels. I was not prepared for the costs for breakfast! Or dinner! I will say that the waitstaff and the manager were superb. I don’t normally eat breakfast but I had a taste of my granddaughter’s grits. Wonderful! I asked if I could get just a tiny ‘side sized’ bowl of grits. I was charged $5! And the bowl was half empty! Overall I was quite impressed. It had been a traumatic weekend for us - my nephew was only 25. Once I had a wheelchair, it was easier to move around inside the hotel. After I got home, my daughter said she’d had to give them her credit card to get into the room, even though I called 1/2 hr before she got there saying NOT to ask for a separate card bc I was paying for everything — and I confirmed that she had my Hilton credit card data. So when my daughter went to fill up her big Yukon, it denied her card. I was livid. I’ve note talked to Connor several times. For over two weeks he’d put me on hold for 20-30 minutes then tell me it had been corrected. NO, it was not. I paid for their room & food but it showed she’d maxed out her card! And you charged ME for it, too. That’s double dipping and it is illegal. “Someone will call you.” “ Who?” “ someone in Finance.” “No names? A phone number?” “No, just call me at this number.” It’s now April and NO ONE has called me. No one. Could someone PLEASE call me and correct the over-billing? You have a beautiful property. I feel like I have been robbed — and No one at the facility will help. Perhaps this branch should have a new manager - and a front desk person who understands what Help means.

We were traveling in the area and made a reservation at this HIE in Fairburn. We were delighted with our stay. The lobby is impressive, the staff very pleasant, the room so comfortable, the bathroom spacious, the breakfast was very tasty, and the express check out worked just fine. Our room was just off the lobby on the first floor so I was concerned that noise might be an issue, but it was nice and quiet. If you are doing the Chick Fil A Backstage Tour, this hotel is an easy drive to that location. I just do not have any complaints so I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers going through this area.
