Stayed here twice in recent months. Good place. I did have a problem upon leaving at 7 AM on Monday. No caddies to help transport baggage from the room to my car.

Room wouldn’t get cold stayed in business suite bc other rooms bathroom had hair in the tub and bottom of tub was dirty. Business suite was super dusty and floors were sticky.

The exterior and the lobby areas looked great. However, the room was in need of a professional cleaning. It appeared as if the staff had only done the bare minimum in the upkeep. The only reason I booked the room is because I was told there was an inside pool, but there is not.

Dorothea, the breakfast attendant, was marvelous. She was attentive, friendly & helpful. She made my stay feel like home! The digital keys were not working, so I was unable to go straight to my room upon arrival. The front desk was very quick and helpful though.
