We generally choose Hampton Inns; however, in this case our stay was not good. First the people above us were possibly โbowlingโ or jumping or whatever they were doing it lasted past 10pm. That coupled with the incoherent ScReAMing that went on and on, we called JAson at the front desk, his abrupt answer was โheโd handle itโ. NOT. Then worse..I left my Polo shirt hanging on a hook in the bathroom and called, again spoke to JASOn that very night from the Hampton up in Harrisburg PAโฆhe would check and get back to me next dayโฆNo CALL. I called back and spoke with Angela Davis the Manager she saidโฆshe would check with housekeeper who did the roomโฆNOPE. No call back by end of day but next day another person called to say NO one found the shirt. This has to be a Lie and means they steal!!. This particular bathroom has a sliding door, thus no door to hide that shirt it was clearly visible. And before anyone comments why did I leave it, we left in a hurry as we had many miles to go to NY. Very UNacceptable answers and lack of integrity , stay away from THIs hotel. Actually, this whole experience has soured me on Hampton Inns and Hilton Honors, of which I AM a Member. Shame on you!
