Room had an ugly odor only partially eliminated by Lysol spray.. mattresses were horrible, like sleeping on a sleeper sofa, no hot water , not even Luke warm in shower, needs painting and updating. Floors warped in several places. Blankets very old. Area was quiet.

This is a clean and modern property, but I wish they would live up to what they advertise ex. it says they have coffee makers in every room, plus when you ask if they have kitchen ware at the first desk (forks, spoons, plates), they say they don't have it.

The building is immaculate, very clean. The staff is very courteous, and all out to make sure that you were taken care of manager Sarah, outstanding with her customers love the place very clean. very quiet well organized no riffraff no ***** the best hotel I’ve been in in the extended state chain. I think the manager that you have for this particular one you should send to all 50 states cause some states are in need of a manager such as this I’m glad I got to experience that there is, a nice extended stay thank you

Never in my life have I experienced such a horrible stay at any hotel. I would have rather stayed somewhere that had bugs. My husband and I were treated horribly since day 1. The first day they gave us a hard time by having my husband go back and forth like three times before we could even check in. First, they didnt tell us on the phone that we couldn't check in until 11. Then when my husband went back they said they needed both of our IDs and couldn't tell him that the time before or on the phone. After the first week when it was time to pay again, I go downstairs to pay but realized i left my wallet in the room. They locked me out of my room before it was even 11 and because i had to go back and forth and get let in my room i was maybe 5 minutes past 11 and they wanted to charge me $45 dollars because it was late but i had never even heard of that before. The manager was so hateful to me about it she made me cry over the phone. Once I paid and the receptionist hung up, he proceeded to make fun of me for crying. I even had at least 4 other guests tell me the management has a horrible attitude and has kicked people out just because they told management they were being rude. Not to mention the one day my husband and I accidently left our keys in our room and they charged us $12 just to go up the stairs and open our door for us. I had many people tell me they never got charged a dime to get let into their room. Even all this still doesn't top the last day we stayed there. My husband had to work one saturday and I had told them we would be late paying and would just pay the late fee. 11am came around and they bang on my door, its joel, the receptionist that made fun of me and hes on the phone with the manager again and hes telling her i didnt pay and shes on the phone telling me i need to step out of the room until my husband can get here and pay. i tell her my son is in here and my husband is working 30 minutes away, we always pay its just going to be late. and last time they said it would just be a late fee. then the manager says "im not dealing with this sh*t. she did this last time. make her get out of the room and if she doesnt call the cops" they kicked me and my 2 year old son outside for an hour. all of our things were in the room and the only reason they let us back in was because my mother in law paid over $100 for one more day there. Which makes no sense to me. I will never stay at a woodsprings suites again and i will make sure everyone knows how horrible they treat people there. i have tried to contact corporate but go figure theyre closed on the weekends. my family did not deserve to be treated this way.

Our home was having major renovations and we needed a place to stay for the weekend and I had heard this was a decent place to stay but from the experiences we had at this place we would have been better off sleeping in our car or in a local dumpster. When we checked in there was a woman at the front desk who was the manager and she had a really bad attitude, a smart mouth and was rude and nasty. Every single time I had asked her a question, she was huffing and puffing like I was bothering her or something. We got the keys to the room and we went to our room. When we opened the door there was a very offensive and horrible rancid stench coming from somewhere. My Wife was ready to gag and she turned on the light in the bathroom and someone had defecated really bad and it was sticking out of the water and she was going to attempt to flush it but she didn't because she was afraid the toilet would have backed up and overflowed and ran all over the floor. She called me and I came in the bathroom and I looked and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I took a quick photo of it as proof and evidence. I told my Wife, "just get away from that toilet or you might get really sick from that!". Obviously housekeeping never came by to clean up this horrible defecation that someone had left behind and we weren't sure if this was done by a previous guest or perhaps someone that worked at this hotel. I was beyond livid and I picked up the phone and called the front desk. Someone picked up the phone at the front desk and I complained to them about what I had found in the bathroom. They informed me we would get another room as soon as possible. We had to wait 2 hours sitting in our car until another room was available. When we went to the next room, that room was even worse than the first one we were in because when we opened the door, it smelled really bad and it was loaded with cock roaches everywhere. We refused to stay in a dirty filthy cock roached infested dump like this so we decided to leave and we found a much better hotel to stay at in the area that was more money but it was clean and they welcomed my business. On Monday when I got to my office I contacted the corporate offices of this WoodSpring suites hotel and I filed multiple complaints and demanded all of my hard earned money back. Avoid this WoodSpring suites hotel or you will regret it for sure...!
