Phone number for hotel didn’t work for at least a week and a half after my stay.
Zero way to get in touch with front desk.
Called corporate. They didn’t seem to care. They sent a message to the front desk saying they would see it and reply with 5 days.. nope. Still waiting 3 weeks later.
Also sent an email to the GM. Says 5 business days for reply. Nope, still waiting 3 weeks later.
Also sent message to springhill facebook. Said will get a reply in 5 business days. Nope still waiting 3 weeks later.
Hotel was comfortable. But don’t expect any customer service unless or any way to contact or talk to anyone at the hotel unless
You are standing there at the front desk. This has led me to always put Marriott properties at the end of my preference order because I have no faith in their customer service after this experience.

Springhill suites is always a good choice. You know you will get a clean room, comfort and good breakfast. The unique quality of this property is the location I guess.

Enjoyed a nice stay for new years celebrations, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Only issue we encountered was the shampoo and body wash were not filled up.
