Walk in there bugs in the bathroom. I wasn't informed that my room is a connected room. You can here everything in that hotel. The room is very crap and small

BEDBUGS!!! High school sports team trip. Multiple students came back with bedbugs in their suitcases and bites everywhere!!!! A certified K9 confirmed this as did a physician! Dirty hotel and no measures taken on their part to provide a clean safe stay!

I will say they are under renovation. We had a room with decent bed but awful toilet and SUPER noisy exhaust fan that you couldnt turn off if the light was on. Light swithches were very dirty and things were just grubby.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Holiday Inn St Petersburg N - Clearwater, an IHG Hotel from Thursday through Monday, and I wanted to share some feedback about my experience.
While I appreciate the charm of your establishment, I must note that the overall condition of the hotel suggests it is in need of renovation. The accommodations, particularly in the bathroom, were not up to the standard one might expect. I encountered difficulties with the shower, where it required an unusual amount of effort, including a kind of dance, to get properly wet and rinsed. It appears that the cosmetic overhaul performed many years ago is now showing signs of wear and tear.
Another aspect of my stay that left me disappointed was the absence of housekeeping services throughout the entire duration of my visit. Returning to an unmade bed and an untouched room was unexpected and did not align with the typical hotel experience. I believe that housekeeping is an essential part of the overall guest experience, and its absence during my stay was a significant drawback.
I understand that every establishment has its challenges, and I hope my feedback can contribute to improvements for future guests. I believe addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall guest satisfaction and experience at your hotel.

Holiday Express St Petersburg came at end of long journey south and provided a haven in rain storm for weary travelers. It was relaxed and friendly, desk people responsive and friendly. Thank you for a very nice stay. I took a long time to respond because I was continuing my travels and didn't have a lot of computer time. I was was very happy with arrangements at Holiday Express. This property was amazing. It was exactly what we needed after getting off a cruise ship. The transportation was amazing. The front desk was amazing. The guy the bar was amazing. It was just a great experience.
