酒店環境還可以，衞生也還行
但是酒店管理存在問題
我們入住酒店的時候，房間吧枱就2瓶水，其他什麼也沒有
第二天我們退房時多收了我們十幾塊錢，説我們在房間裏面有消費😡
明明房間裏面就2瓶水，沒有其他吃的東西，還亂收費
體驗感很不好

訂的帶2份早餐的房間，到後卻被通知因為住客少為了節約餐廳不開，早餐送到房間，早餐幾個小饅頭，一碗稀粥，一個雞蛋，幾口菜外加一袋劣質牛奶，這就是價值38元的早餐，為了所謂的節約就可以損害消費者的權益嗎？哪怕是送個盒裝的牛奶呢？袋裝的撕不開扯不動的。硬件挺好的酒店格局太低！

自己家的貓眼什麼時候掉了不知道，入住的時候發現壞了，是長者住也就懶得告訴前台，退房走了也沒説，走了以後就打電話問是不是我搞壞的，拜託你們自己做好檢查工作

空調製熱特別差，特別慢，聲音大，外面零下十幾度，開了一晚上室內温度不到20度，浴室更冷，根本無法洗澡！價格在費縣算是上游了，配置根本不配200多的價格，以後再也不會入住！
