Difícil acreditar nas fotos que postam. Na realidade o hotel precisa de manutenção em tudo urgente.

Travesseiros ruins, cama com coberta suja, quarto não bem higienizado, sem utensílios do banheiro, tais como (papel, sabonete, shampoo) Apenas 1 funcionário para da conta do hotel. Impressão não muito boa com minha estadia.

Hotel muito sem manutenção, nenhum dos elevadores funcionavam, só funcionavam a partir do 3• andar, com isso tendo que subir e descer pelas escadas que também estão bem precárias, paredes descascadas, carpetes velhos e rasgados, banheiro sujo e torneira e acessórios enferrujados, ar condicionado não funcionava, tomada com fios expostos e abajures sem lâmpadas, café da manhã muito ruim e com poucas opções, sinceramente, trabalho no setor turístico e com vendas, sou agente de viagens com 5 anos de experiência e nunca vi algo parecido.

O hotel foi muito bom há anos atrás e ainda tem sua reputação. Mas hoje é antigo, falta reforma e o atendimento precisa melhorar com urgência. Cheguei na recepção e as atendentes só olharam para mim depois de um tempo. O quarto é muito grande e confortável, mas tem móveis e cortinas que não acho adequado para esse período de pandemia. No café da manhã tb, todo mundo se serve no mesmo local e não tem alcool em gel. O banheiro é muito velho, com vazamento no box, torneira pingando, espelho e pisos velhos e manchados (não dá para ver nas fotos que tirei). Precisei pedir toalha, tapete e sabonete e demorei para ser atendida. O secador faz muito barulho, é velho, impossível de usar. As fotos aqui apresentadas no site são antigas. Ele não é novo assim. Tive uma experiência muito melhor no Ibes.
