Ottimo hotel solo se in auto. Mancava un comodino, il kit cortesia in bagno (solo bagnoschiuma/shampoo insieme) e le tende non oscurano completamente. Per il resto un bel hotel!

Also wer hier etwas zu bemängeln hat,der moniert auf sehr hohem Niveau! Wir fanden dieses schicke Hotel mitten im Grünen sehr gut!Dieses Tagungshotel liegt nur 1 KM entfernt von der S-Bahn-Haltestelle Feldafing und in 38 Minuten waren wir im München HBF.Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig,sauber und hochwertig!Der Blick ins Grüne tut gut und in 10 Minuten waren wir zu Fuß am Starnberger See.Das Frühstück ist ein weiteres Highlight!Sehr hochwertig und sehr engagiertes Personal.Klasse!

Uns wurde zuerst ein Einzelzimmer gezeigt, obwohl wir Doppelzimmer gebucht haben. Trotz Buchung kein Bademantel und auch keine Handtücher auf den Zimmern. Die gesamte Organisation und Vorbereitung auf unsere Anreise war unzumutbar. Auf unsere Beschwerde bzw. Reklamation hin, wurden wir unfreundlich abgewiesen. Erst am nächsten Tag erhielten wir den gebuchten und bezahlten Obstkorb und Welcome Drink. Der Mitarbeiter der Rezeption entschuldigte sich nicht einmal für die enormen Unanehmlichkeiten die wir hatten. Beschwerden werden einfach ignoriert, weder Entschädigung wurde angeboten noch kam auch kein Wort der Entschuldigung!!! Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt.

Waren zu einem Zwischenstopp von Österreich kommend dort. Wir lebten im Gegensatz zu den hier zu lesenden Bewertungen, eine sehr freundliche Rezeption. Der Barmann war ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Das Frühstück war durchaus ausreichend, die langjährigen Servicekräfte dort vor Ort mehr als freundlich, schnell und man fühlte sich gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Als ehemaliger Kellner kann ich nur alle warnen. Chef ist geizig, ein Patriarch. Macht alle zur Sau. Bezahlung ist mies. Trinkgeld wenig weil alle Gäste aufs Zimmer schreiben lassen. Dann rennt man seinen Unterlagen hinterher wenn man gekündigt hat. So einen miesen Bezrieb habe ich noch nie erlebt.
