Brilliant location within walking distance from everything.Lovely friendly and helpful staff.Clean and comfortable room.

Staying with friends. Athough the restaurant wasn’t open for evening meals, staff more than happy for us to bring our own food. Bob and his colleagues really helpful on the night we stayed and looked after us very well. Thank you

Told on arrival restaurant would only be open for breakfast ! Floor creaked all over the hotel most annoying Net curtain fell down Room looked very tired Not great Prem Inn ! Avoid until they get a chef and refurb

It’s a Premier Inn, you know you’re going to get a big, clean room with a comfy bed. You also know that the food offering is below par, the microwave works overtime here, and that the bar is actually a fridge with bottles in. Other than that it’s standard fayre at a decent price.

Bob and Hayley are amazing, looked after us so well, would definitely recommend this premier inn. Felixstowe is a fab place and I can recommend the premier inn is the place to stay, it is so close to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. You won't be disappointed. We booked the hotel for one night as visiting family the next day , have stayed previously. All as it should be , came back in around 11pm , went to bed all fine a bit of walking around noise from the room above , nothing worth complaining about , bower at 3am the kids started running around and shouting constantly thudding and could hear the shouts , should have complained but not clear anywhere how to contact reception. I would maybe suggest putting families on the ground floor . Apart from lack of sleep I would stay here again .

Excellent stay. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff who went way above my expectations for a Premiere Inn. Very good breakfast. Clean hotel rooms with plenty of towels in bathroom. Straight forward check in and out and safe parking on site. Definitely recommend

Arrived quickly to find that the restaurant was operating a significantly reduced menu and when I got to my room it was apparent the AC wasn't working and being on the ground floor the windows don't open for security reasons. This was reported to reception at the time as I was on my way out to exercise and get food (which was necessary given the restaurant situation) I was simply offered a fan, which then failed to materialise. Given the hotel wasn't busy, I'm surprised another room couldn't be found. The night that followed was undoubtedly one of the hottest and uncomfortable I have had for some time, with no fresh air and a gradual temperature increase, I'm just glad my visit coincided with a relative cold period for April, if this was June it would have been significantly worse.

Great place to stay at the premier inn central for most things and very friendly staff and the breakfast I had was lovely
