We came fo afternoon Tea and we were looked after by Shanaya - what a wonderful welcome , we were early and she welcomed us with tea and a smile. Her attention to detail was so lovely , nothing was too much trouble , she is amazing, you should be proud of her , many thanks

I don't often write reviews for places but Beachcroft Hotel was an exception. We were taking our very elderly Mother for Lunch with the family to celebrate our daughter's engagement. On arrival we asked to move tables as we thought it would be quieter in the corner. This was no problem at all. The wonderful staff immediately began preparing another table for us and could not have been more helpful. Throughout our lunch the staff were fantastic - making sure everything was perfect for our special occasion . The food was excellent and we had a fabulous afternoon . Thank you so much for making our day perfect - your professionalism, kindness and above all great service was very much appreciated. I can definitely recommend the Beachcroft Hotel.

My daughter and I had a one night stay with you on Sunday and really enjoyed it. Your staff were very warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The complimentary bucket and spade was a real winner with my daughter, as was the offer of blankets to keep warm out on your lovely terrace! It was our first stay with you but I doubt it will be our last.

We had a lovely afternoon tea. The whole family enjoyed themselves. The staff really looked after us. Nothing was no trouble for them. The afternoon was delicious, we could not eat it all but they provided a lovely box for the leftovers which had not been touched. Great value for money and would go again.

Thank you for the hospitality this week at the hotel. From the moment we walked in on Monday night we were greeted and made to feel very welcome. During our stay every member of staff was very polite and helpful but a special mention to the bar staff who no matter what they were doing would quite happily strike a conversation with you whilst dealing with requests. Some may find this a strange comment to make but with staying in a lot of hotels with my work I can assure you not all hotel staff do this and it is quite refreshing. To be fair every member of staff we came across couldn't have been any more helpful than they already were. Excellent hotel!!

Myself and my husband stayed here for two nights Mother’s Day and the following night our room was nice comfortable, clean and well equipped, staff were very helpful and so friendly will stay here when back this way breakfast was delicious hot and filling

I would love to stay here during one of my Summer trips as the sea view was not fully appreciated with me arriving and subsequently leaving the following morning both times in darkness.
The room was very nice and the shower had some mighty power which was required after such a long day.
The night was so mild that I was able to open both windows and have the soothing sounds of the waves crashing lull me to a great night's sleep.
A delicious breakfast set me up for the day ahead so I would heartily recommend staying here.
