酒店不錯，在景區內，住宿包括門票，到景區大門後坐酒店的車上山住店，旺季的時候很很方便，免去排隊坐擺渡車的麻煩。酒店離索道站、鳳凰廣場很近，我是晚上入住，早餐後開始爬山，坐索道、爬老牛背和以後的各個點都沒什麼人，非常愜意，因為人潮都在排隊坐擺渡車！個人覺得住這個店很值！

服務非常熱情，前台王經理介紹了旅遊路線，幫忙安排接送，孩子們玩的很開心。
賓館在景區內，位置很好，不出來在裏面隨便玩。

優點：地理位置在景區內比較方便，酒店設施一般，出門不遠就可以坐索道上山，出門前可以讓前台講解路線
爆雷缺點：約酒店接送車非常困難！等待時間非常久！約定好了時間沒有司機沒有車，有各種理由拖延！一拖再拖！但是服務語氣非常温柔，衹是不幹活而已，出來玩的美麗心情盪然無存，如果是趕飛機或者火車的遊客，一定要提前出門

非常推薦，酒店位於景區內部，適合分兩天的那個前往西山景區和玻璃橋。情人谷吊橋在去玻璃橋的路上，從酒店前往衹需要15分鐘。餐廳很好吃，可以在前台定好菜和時間，圖裡的飯菜一共162塊錢。
