Extremely satisfied with this trip! After looking at many guesthouses and hotels online, I finally chose this one because it had no negative reviews, and it was a great decision. The owner and the housekeeper were both exceptionally kind. They even included a complimentary cup of soy milk with breakfast. The room and the scenery outside were beautiful, both during the day and at night. The location is also very convenient. If I come back again, I'll definitely choose this place! ❤️

Every step in Fenghuang Ancient Town offers a picturesque view, and seemingly, a guesthouse. Having stayed in many guesthouses, I was fortunate to book Monet Starlight Guesthouse. Its location is excellent, right by Hongqiao Bridge, facing Wanning Pagoda. The lovely owner and her brother are incredibly kind. Her brother proactively helped with luggage, gave a detailed introduction to the room and local attractions, and even gifted us some delicious snacks, which was a welcome boost for my hungry and tired self. We chose a river view room, and the balcony offered a perfect, visually stunning view of the Tuojiang River – pure enjoyment! The guesthouse is decorated very warmly, and the room is simple yet sophisticated. It's clean, odor-free, with new facilities and good lighting. The toiletries are disposable and from reputable brands, so you can use them with complete peace of mind. The area around Hongqiao Bridge has many snack stalls and restaurants, as well as unique shops selling accessories and trinkets. The ancient town is vast, and you can't explore it all in a single day. Staying here, everything from food to accommodation and transportation was excellent. There are many shops in the ancient town offering Miao ethnic clothing for photoshoots; you can trust the owner's recommendations (not the kind where they push sales or have hidden agendas). When we left the ancient town, the owner didn't ask us for a high-star review. Also, we had an early start, and the kind owner had prepared food and drinks at the front desk, telling us to take them on our way out. Even as a grown man, I was instantly touched, especially since there are no breakfast options available in the ancient town early in the morning. The trip to Fenghuang Ancient Town had wonderful scenery, and finding Monet Starlight was truly my good fortune. To future visitors heading to the ancient town, I wholeheartedly recommend it – go for it!

Fantastic service and a great room right by the river. You can watch the shows from the balcony at night. The bedding is super comfortable, and the projector is really convenient for watching things, which the kids loved. Plus, there are tons of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming. She provided thoughtful service, actively helped with our luggage, and patiently answered all our questions. She even helped us plan our sightseeing routes, which we really appreciate!

This is a beautiful B&B; the owners are incredibly welcoming and the design is much nicer than other places nearby. The lady even treated us to some local fruit.
