Phoenix International Hotel (Fenghuang Ancient Town Branch)

Very satisfied with my stay at this hotel during the May Day holiday. The room was clean, tidy, and bright, and the breakfast spread was great. What I particularly liked was its proximity to the entrance/exit of Fenghuang Ancient Town Scenic Area – just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel also has its own parking lot, which was very convenient. All in all, I was very happy with my stay at Fenghuang International Hotel.

The hotel facilities are great and they have their own parking lot. The family suite is thoughtfully decorated, but I'd suggest adding a divider in the middle of the suite. Also, the suite's breakfast should definitely include breakfast for three people.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was quite good, and the place was clean and tidy. The front desk staff, especially the lady, was very enthusiastic and helpful. Thumbs up! 👍

The room was great and the bedding was comfortable. The staff were friendly and there's a parking lot available. The set menu at the restaurant was very good value for money. We'll definitely stay here again next time. It's also very close to the river, and the night view of Fenghuang is beautiful. My family had a wonderful time and a comfortable stay.

The room's cleanliness and noise levels are comparable to a home environment, which is quite an achievement for an old, quaint building nestled in a lively area. It's just a minute's walk to the ancient city center, and in five minutes, you can reach the misty Tuojiang River and the serene stilted buildings.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to major attractions, which made getting around so easy. We arrived during a sudden downpour, and it was quite chilly, but the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept us warm. The food was plentiful and delicious. The staff were all very friendly and efficient, handling everything quickly without any delays.

Ambiance: Pretty good. Service: Warm and enthusiastic. Environment: Beautiful. The hotel's location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The security guards are amazing; they can even maneuver cars when the lot is completely packed. We had a great time and will definitely come back if we get the chance!

Great location, and the breakfast was decent. The only thing is that the windows rattled a bit when the next door neighbor closed theirs.

This is an older, government-run hotel, offering great value for money. The location is fantastic, right at the entrance to the old town. The parking lot is very spacious, though it still wasn't enough during the Chinese New Year period. The service attitude is excellent; they even helped us move our car. The staff are clearly well-trained, paying great attention to detail.
