The location is excellent, the view from the balcony is great - minus the noisy bars across the river which luckily shut down around 23:00. The room was clean and the bed was good. The only issue is the sound isolation: you can hear every discussion in the lobby. Still worth it for the fair price. Better if you speak Chinese as the owners don’t speak English.

I loved this hotel so much!!!!! It's in an amazing location, right in the middle of the Ancient Town. Everything is in a short walking distance, and at night you can see performances happening on the river. The balcony is such an amazing space, I would sit there even though the weather was cold as hell. The staff didn't speak English, but they were still incredibly nice! One thing to note is that since it's in such a central location, it can get loud. It didn't bother me, usually things went quiet before I went to bed, but you might want to bring some earplugs.

Great location in the middle of the old town. Room's balcony overlooking the river. A little tricky to get to the hostel from the taxi drop off particularly if you have heavy luggage. Good thing the owner met us and guided us to the hostel.

The bed was too hard to be able to sleep comfortably. Also if you have heavy luggage it’s not an easy way there. The shower was a bit dirty but overall was fine. The views are amazing and the location is good.

Owner went to picked us up on the main street and after setting down they recommended us to go to noodle house a couple doors down the alley. Room has a balcony that we can sit there having tea and enjoy the scenery. When checking out that morning the owner has arranged a ride taking us to the train station and walked us to the main street. Owner is friendly to chat with and service is awesome. Would recommend my family and friend to stay there.

Great location, woman at the front was very fiesty! All staff super helpful and nice. Cute room. Mattress could use an upgrade.

The location of the inn is super good. It feels great to sit on the balcony and enjoy the river view. The owner warmly welcomed us and helped us take our luggage to the inn. He also gave us a gift when we left the inn. Thank you very much! The photo was taken standing on the balcony of the room. It's beautiful!

The location is in the core area, between Hongqiao and Xueqiao, very close to the North Gate Pier. The room has a balcony overlooking the river, and you can see the clear water of Tuojiang River when you look up. The old man is very happy. The boss is enthusiastic and good at service. He sent someone to Hongqiao to pick us up, helped with the luggage, and gave us watermelon to eat. The night view of the balcony is beautiful at night. I have been to Fenghuang three times and I like it every time.

The facilities are complete, clean and hygienic. The proprietress is very enthusiastic. She called to remind us in case we went the wrong way and sent someone to pick us up to the inn. After we checked in, it was hot and she took a picture of the watermelon and cut it upstairs. The inn is in the Hongqiao area and has an excellent location. There is a tea table, a small sofa and a hanging chair on the balcony. It is a great experience to drink tea and watch the night view.

The B&B is located in the center of Hongqiao and is convenient to any tourist attraction. We took a taxi to Hongqiao, and the owner sent someone to pick us up at Hongqiao. He was quite welcoming and gave us ginger candy, pressed duck and a small bag. He also recommended travel photography and delicious restaurants. Opposite the balcony is a bar street where you can listen to music, watch night views and performances. It's very nice. If the weather is too hot and you don't want to go out, you can also order takeout to the B&B. Haha, I ate a lot of meals.

The room is very cozy, and the balcony is a waterfront platform. Sitting on the balcony at night and watching the night view of the ancient city is refreshing. The proprietress is very enthusiastic. She called us before we set out to tell us how to get to the hotel, and even picked us up at Hongqiao. In addition, watermelons were delivered to the room for free tasting at noon and in the evening.

The experience was great. They even picked me up at the station. The room was a river view room. You can see the night view of Fenghuang Ancient Town at night. In the morning, I made a cup of tea and enjoyed the view of Tuojiang River. The aunt was very enthusiastic and introduced the place to take photos. She also left us watermelon and mineral water to drink. The most important thing is that this river view room is very photogenic. You will never step on the pit when you come to Fenghuang Ancient Town.

The store service is in place. When you are about to arrive at the inn, they will come out to pick you up. The location is in the middle and lower reaches. It is not too noisy. It is also very convenient to see the scenery on the viewing balcony. When you leave, the boss also gave the children a small gift. The experience is good.
