這是我通過攜程平台投訴的唯一一家酒店，掛羊頭賣狗肉（訂單是豐節太和大酒店、實際安排到了七天優品，明明訂單是免費停車），一層大廳明明設立兩家各自的客服接待員工，客服人員態度十分蠻橫的強調它們是一家。明明它們有免費的停車場橫桿是抬起狀態可以入內，客服稱車位已滿讓我們自己找收費停車場，事後瞭解到，按規定衹要橫桿沒有落下來的情況下，是可以進入酒店內部免費停車。
不僅如此，因住處與車場之間遙遠造成我們老幼搬運日常生活用品十分困難。

在網上看是三星級的，網上圖片看起來還可以，結果入住後，衹能用糟糕形容，房間破舊，還有臭味，煙缸裏還有煙頭，關鍵是價格也不是很便宜啊，衞生間真的是差，差，差，。以後選酒店住，一定不要選這個
