房間設施新，乾淨衞生，前台服務熱情。但對標五星級差距較大，酒店無泳池，房內無冰箱，門僮無提行李服務，早餐簡單。房價還算合理，可當作不錯的四星級酒店。

奉節遊玩入住位於夔州街道詩城西路1991號的詩城皇廷大酒店。前台服務員專業熱情；房間整潔寬敞，床鋪乾淨舒適；衞生間乾濕分離，淋浴出水排水通暢；停車方便；早餐不錯；周邊吃飯購物出行方便，附近有快充充電站。

房間很好，面積足夠大，隔音也不錯。早餐很一般，不太符合五星級酒店標準。門衞就站在一邊眼看着我們從車上往下搬行李也不説搭把手。我們搬完行李也不幫忙拿行李車而是轉身自己進了酒店。
