環境沒的説，非常美！酒店的設施給人感覺就是白瞎這麼美的地方了。酒店外觀很好，但是內部設施和管理真是一言難盡。整棟樓沒有取暖施設，全靠抖和電熱毯。飯廳廚師一次衹能做一桌的菜，做完一桌才能做下一桌，你就等吧，好不容易等來了菜，不一會就涼透了。設施很舊，電視衹有不超過10個台，老式電視機不能投屏。廁所抽風機壞了，塑料拖鞋特別臭。但前台人很熱情。

一個字：冷🥶。酒店的位置不錯，就在五營森林公園的門口，酒店門前的湖也很漂亮，但是房間裏實在是太冷了，以至於雖然訂了個觀景房，也實在無力觀景了，好在配備了電熱毯，衹能窩在床上；酒店的餐廳味道一般，能湊合，但餐廳的空間太大了，屋頂也高，坐在那裡就餐，也需要做好抗凍準備，也許夏天會更舒服；酒店的服務不錯～

酒店位置無敵好，門口的湖景比五營森林公園裡麪的湖景還美，但是確實硬件條件有限，沒有空調的房間在國慶期間還是有點冷，酒店配了電褥子，睡覺還是挺暖和的。另外森林公園附近好多瓢蟲，房間裏也有。這個也沒有辦法，為了景色衹好忍受一下酒店房間的簡陋了。酒店工作人員很熱情，服務也不錯，有求必應，家庭房有個方桌，還幫忙找來麻將娛樂，點贊。

十一期間 價格對不起這個房間 雖然黃金週一房難求 衹能説是招待所不能叫酒店 大景觀房也不能開窗 全是瓢蟲屍體 沒有電梯 沒有吹風機 沒有空調 衹有電熱毯！電視機開了也沒信號 馬桶壞的 工作人員來了 還得現學如何開蓋修沖水！電熱水器的電閘也是關的 如果不是問了一句怎麼洗澡 可能傻傻的到離店都不知道要開門背後的電閘 洗澡就要快準狠 不能有一絲慢動作！房間連瓶免費礦泉水都沒有！！還得自費！早餐衹有小米粥是熱的 體驗感相當一般 第二天頭也不回的快速離開
