園區非常大，寵物友好，園區配套遊樂園項目豐富，還有俄羅斯風情街，吃飯地方很多，特別適合週末避暑旅遊，感受草原風光。
酒店房間乾淨，沒有異味，房間很大隔音也不錯，床品也還不錯。
缺點：早餐種類太少，餐廳位置小，用餐高峯期不好找位置。
房間居然沒有熱水，放了好久的水不出熱水，臨時聯繫前台開了旁邊沒人入住的房間洗的澡

是公寓樓。樓高三層。房間大。一個大雙人床。一個單人床。一個沙發。還有一個廚房（用不上）。住的一樓，有院子，但是門鎖了，沒有開放。房間裏温度低，太冷，得多穿點😂。去周邊景點都比較近。個人感覺，相比較在大灘鎮上吃，在酒店點餐吃飯性價比高，正常酒店口味，量還比較大。鎮上的吃的太油膩，廚師水平不咋樣🤭

小鎮離大灘鎮有一小段距離，但是基本大家都是自駕遊，開車10分鐘左右就到鎮上了，很方便。房間乾淨整齊，服務挺好的，就是人流高峯的時候接待能力有限，早餐自助餐取餐有些慢，取餐枱設計太集中，導致排隊。房間隔音效果有些差，一般這類酒店的通病。其他都很好，每個房間入住都有服務人員領路，這一點很好。洗澡水很熱，有一個小廚房，也可以自己泡點麪吃。電視網絡反應有點慢，不過在草原這樣的設施已經很不錯了。旁邊挨着童話草原，裏面有小童遊樂設施，晚上有篝火晚會。挺不錯。

經朋友介紹來到這裏，真的不錯，景色宜人，藍天白雲，空氣特別好，酒店也特別好，服務態度很好非常熱情，衞生也很好，是我們大家出遊的首選。

來壩上正趕上下雨，天馬酒店大堂和公寓是共享的，有小童娛樂區可以供娃消磨時光。工作人員提前打電話聯繫還温馨的提示帶衣物，跟貼心的服務，公寓房間衞生也很乾凈，而且外面還帶了小院子，夏天的時候應該會很美，到時候一定再來瞧瞧！

公寓的性價比更好一些，適合帶娃家庭，房間乾淨寬敞明亮，一樓還帶一個小院子，管家服務很熱情，幫忙推薦周邊的景點和美食，停車也不收費。就是五月份草原的景色差一些，期待暑期再來一次。
