小區周邊有點亂，小區本身不錯，能看到湖景，有鍛鍊步道，樓下就有超市，還有業主食堂，看着挺方便 。離滿族博物館比較近，步行能到的距離，房東比較熱心，房間裏裝修比較簡單，性價比還可以。
