Nice! Friendly staff, new decor and beds, very clean, ample Continental breakfast in pleasant dining area. A good value - stay here and support a local business. The hotel is on a small highway through town, but no traffic noise during sleeping hours.

My positive experience was worth sharing since it's hard to find places for a wonderful memory like I had at the Fenway House Hotel. The staff was top-level friendly and professional during check in and during my stay. They went above and beyond to even give me a ride from the local repair shop since my car died stranding me in the quaint and nice town of Fennimore. Among the many features that I liked about the hotel were the large rooms, modern upgrades to the 1918 building, historic architecture, comfy bed, "grab and go" breakfast, a real desk to work at with my laptop, and convenient location. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Nice hotel in downtown. Quiet & clean. Very friendly staff. Our room had two double beds, which is what we asked for. Everything worked, it was clean. The mattresses were a bit firm, but that's just personal preference. I slept well. The breakfasts are great. Fresh baked cinnamon rolls, egg bake, juices, cereal, hard boiled eggs,juice, yogurt. Much better than a typical motel breakfast.

My husband and I needed to stay for three nights at the area, and this was the choice, which was absolutely perfect. We got a comfortable, big, silent room, everything was very clean, we had lovely breakfasts, at a good dining area. The staff was very friendly, and the price was quite decent. So, I absolutely recommend it.

This classic hotel has modern conveniences and tons of charm. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that you had a pleasant stay. Thank you Amy and Courtney! The rooms were clean and quiet.

I stumbled upon Fenway House Hotel a day or two before we we planned on getting out of town Memorial Day weekend. Kind of in a budget, but mostly looking for value and a convenient location. All the reviews I saw were positive and they were correct. Very clean and well taken care of for what you would consider an older property. Very accommodating for late check in, and again for booking another night. The money you pay a lot of the time is not commensurate with just needing a clean place to stay a bit while you out doing touristy things; but this one hit the mark!

Upon check-in, we were upgraded for our stay ... an unexpected but welcomed thing to hear after a long drive. The room was immaculately kept, comfortable, and quiet. The staff, both at check-in and check-out, was extremely friendly, hospitable, and helpful. This was a completely unexpected find for us and I'm sure we'll be back. While not fancy, The Fenway House Hotel is a gem of a find.

The hospitality is so amazing here. I would stay here again in a heartbeat just for that. The rooms are definitely not modern, so if that’s what you are looking for, this isn’t for you. If you like quirky rustic buildings/rooms, you found the gold mine.
