It was ok it was a place to lay your head

So things started off well, however after i checked out i was called and asked not to return because my room smelled of smoke... 1st off we are smokers our clothes smell like it always 2nd we spent the night beforehand out at a bonfire so yeah..... but they were rude and did not listen.

I think this place gets a bad rap in reviews due to previous owners. From what I've seen, the current owner has updated the rooms, paint, new mattresses, fixtures, etc., plus the owner is on-site and always gracious and helpful. At the end of the day, it isn't Disneyland; it's an affordable, clean and convenient place to sleep in Fergus Falls.

Dated property but clean. Need a room for a brief stay and met my needs. ******* price included taxes and fees but I still had to pay taxes when I booked the room. $7.00 more

It would have been nice to have a plug for the tub so I could have relaxed in a nice hot bath. The owner was very nice.

Paint chipping off the wall.
TV kept going on and off.
Hair dryer started smoking and making terrible noise.
