After booking room with third party found there was no hot water, and no breakfast that was advertised. after discussing with front desk it was agreed to have refund, when trying to get the refund from 3rd party they requested document from hotel. when i called back to get this sent to me they changed there mind and offered 50% which they said they already submitted but I did not receive. I asked if he was the owner/manager his reply was "maybe i am, maybe i am not". so I said the only choice i had was to sleep in my car to which he responded " maybe you should have". This was the ultimate of worst customer service, Thank God it was only one night! points card destroyed !!!!
