Room was very stinky and we were told we were upgraded but we werent. Buffet was very limited too

The hotel is located on Fern Hill, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lake Wakatipu. It is suitable for self-driving and the hotel provides free parking. It only takes a few minutes to drive to the bustling area of Queenstown.
The room facilities are complete and the hygiene is satisfactory, but the breakfast is a bit simple.

The windows don't have screens, so bugs can easily get in when you open them. Mini bar charges. Disposable slippers are a bit lacking. The view is great, but the location is awkward. It's a bit far to walk there, and you have to climb a hill. It takes five minutes to drive there. And there are so many cars that you basically have to park on the roadside when you come back at night. The view is really the only advantage of the hotel. And the swimming pool is only for people over 16 years old.
