L’emplacement bien, mais pour un hôtel 4 étoiles la propreté reste à désirer: invasion de fourmis et araignée dans la chambre, et dans les lits.
Nous avions demandé et réservé , Une chambre triple pour 3 adultes, mais nous avions eu un mauvais canapé lit qui nous a bloqué le dos !
Le petit déjeuner correct.
La climatisation dans la chambre ne marchait pas, il fallait descendre à la réception à chaque fois pour demander de baisser ou d’augmenter, vraiment pas pratique!
La douche sans pression, un flexible peu pratique.

Great hotel in a great location for visiting the city. Friendly staff, quick check in, spacious room with large bed, large shower, spacious bathroom but no air vent or window. Air conditioning keyboard to be repaired but functional. Overall a very good 4 star.

L'hotel bello e pulito. Al mio arrivo mi è stata data la chiave della mia camera ma una volta aperta la porta ho trovato il letto completamente disfatto. Scendo di nuovo alla reception e la signorina stupita dal mio racconto mi assegna un'altra camera e stavolta mi accompagna ma la camera era in disordine. Mi fa attendere sul ballatoio e poco dopo arriva un altro dipendente dell'hotel che apre un'altra camera e stavolta va bene.

Un hotel un pò vecchio stile, con molto stile. Tutto è molto accurato, dagli arredi al personale, al comfort. Molto pulito, arredato con gusto, in una posizione ottima da dove si va a piedi ovunque. Personale veramente gentile e attento, colazione ottima.

Eravamo già venuti a prendere un un'aperitivo in questa struttura, e ci eravamo trovati bene. Anche questa volta è stata una piacevole riconferma, con ottimi spritz reinventato da loro, e devi dire moto buoni e con la ragazza che ti porta il servizio al tavolo, oltre ad esser simpatica, è stata molto disponibile e gentile. Il locale merita per l'eleganza e tranquillità. Ci ritorneremo.
