在北意大利最滿意的一次酒店！前台接待特別好，酒店還會有旅行攻略地圖。早飯服務很好，種類豐富。酒店藝術氛圍濃厚，懸掛了很多藝術品。房間温馨，雖然不大但一塵不染，設施也好用。衞生乾淨，有古老的窗户，面朝老街。酒店地理位置好，就在古城堡對面，晚上十點後會鎖門前台會告知你嗎，非常安全。

This hotel was a great find. The location is perfect, only 100m from the castello, so an easy walk to pretty much everything in town. Our room was cosy & comfortable and was equipped with fridge & air conditioning and we found it very quiet at night. Staff were super friendly and could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was excellent, plentiful and with variety and the espresso perfect. Would absolutely stay again if ever in Ferrara.

Pessima gestione! Si avvalgono della pubblicità attraverso ECO B&B e poi quando comunichi che hai un buono da riscattare pur avendo la stanza libera, non la vendono. Solo con contanti. DISONESTI!!!!! Già tentato di prenotare i mesi scorsi nel weekend, hanno cancellato la richiesta con ritardo senza motivazione... vabbè... è il weekend... Invio ora la prenotazione feriale e chiamo per avere un riscontro in tempi adeguati per organizzare il mio plannning, ed ecco la gabbola: tutti furbetti con i buoni regalo, si fanno la vetrina gratis e poi selezionano i clienti.

The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. A very nice breakfast was included. Coming off the highway, it seemed somewhat industrial, but once we arrived at the hotel and started exploring the town- it turned out to be very charming. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel in posizione centralissima, il personale molto disponibile gentile. Ottima colazione, varia e tutto ad un prezzo molto contenuto. Vi erano esposte opere d'arte di una artista locale. Consigliatissimo sia per viaggi d'affari che per una vacanza in famiglia

Ho soggiornato all'hotel De Prati per 2 notti nel mese di febbraio 2024. L'hotel è situato in zona centralissima da cui è facile raggiungere anche a piedi tutte le mete più interessanti di Ferrara. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per posizione, pulizia e colazione. Gestione ottima e cordiale
