We stayed one night, for a city tour, and a visit to the Escher exhibition, and everything was perfect, from the location, to the convenient underground parking, from the kindness of the staff to the cleanliness and tranquility at night. Excellent location one minute walk from the historic center and easy to access by car. Recently renovated rooms, in a slightly impersonal style but well appointed and practical. Fortunately, the two receptionists who took turns were efficient and pleasant, because they are the only ones at the desk and have to respond to customers by telephone and at reception at the same time. Splendid stay in the heart of Ferrara. The room is brand new, very spacious and equipped with every comfort. They made us find some delicious welcome biscuits in the room, excellent and very welcome. All the exceptional staff, from the receptionists to the night porter to the breakfast girls... breakfast was really excellent and varied.

We stayed at this hotel on April 25th. The location of the hotel is perfect, a few steps from the Castle of Ferrara: we parked the car (there is both the possibility of booking covered parking and leaving the car on the blue lines in front of the entrance, just make arrangements with the reception) and chose to get around on foot, but if you want you can also take advantage of the bike rental directly at the hotel. We have two children and so we booked a family room: the spaces were excellent, the room clean, fragrant and quiet. The breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful, the staff very courteous and helpful, with attention to the little ones which made my children look forward to returning... thank you so much for your work!

Hotel in a fantastic location, offers different parking options, large and well-kept room, pleasant common areas and good breakfast. A little too hot in the room even though it was cool outside: bring light pajamas :) I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone coming to Ferrara. Well done!
