Personale competente e gentile, colazione varia ed abbondante, camera pulita, comoda e dulcis in fondo un televisore 32 pollici smart tv. La posizione poi è invidiabile accanto al castello in pieno centro storico. Tornando a Ferrara ci tornerò sicuramente

Situato al centro, di fronte al Castello degli Estensi, in zona ovviamente accesso ztl (che l'albergo ti fornisce). Hotel piccolo e molto ben organizzato, con parcheggio auto (non incluso) e biciclette da affittare in tutta comodità. Di fronte all'hotel un tranquillo parco verde. Colazione piccola ma molto buona. Dipendenti molto molto cortesi e disponibili. Camera (suite) nuova e molto pulita, bagno stupendo. Il tutto in un prezzo comunque molto onesto.

Hotel situato vicino al castello e comodo per visitare il centro la città. Comodo anche per raggiungere ristoranti e locali tipici Stanze pulite e spaziose e servizio di prima colazione ottimo e abbondante. Personale gentile e accogliente Bravi! Suggerimento: Agevolare posteggio bici senza costi

L'albergo si trova in una posizione eccellente, vicino al castello e a tutto il centro storico. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nelle camere facenti parte della dependance che si trova proprio alle spalle dell'albergo principale. L'arredamento delle camere è un pò datato ma sono molto ampie e con tutti i servizi, il bagno è fornito di tutti gli accessori e gli ambienti sono ben tenuti e puliti. L'albergo principale è stato di recente ristrutturato e pertanto le cameresono state tutte rinnovate nell'arredamento e nei servizi. La colazione è varia ed abbondante e i dolci in particolare sono molto buoni. Il personale, tutte persone per la maggior parte giovani, sono stati infine tutti disponibili e molto gentili. In conclusione un bel soggiorno in questo albergo che consiglio vivamente.

Un hotel accogliente in splendida posizione, ideale per visitare la città a piedi. Camere luminose, spaziose, ben insonorizzate e ben strutturate, letti e cuscini comodi, bagno estremamente funzionale. La colazione del mattino è veramente di alto livello per quantità e qualità, con ricco assortimento di dolce e salato, senza uso invadente di macchinette per caffè e latte. Il personale poi è sempre pronto, disponibile e cortese, sia alla reception che in sala colazioni. L'omaggio di alcune bottiglie di acqua fresca prima della partenza racconta di una attenzione al cliente non comune. Tutto il soggiorno è stato gradevole, a parte un piccolo disguido riguardante il parcheggio che è stato prontamente risolto.

Siamo stati una notte, per un giro in città, e visita alla mostra di Escher, ed è stato tutto perfetto, dalla posizione, al parcheggio sotterraneo comodo, dalla gentilezza del personale alla pulizia e tranquillità notturna. Torneremo! Grazie del graditissimo omaggio di biscotti, buonissimi.

Excellente situation à une minute à pied du centre historique et facile d'accès en voiture. Chambres récemment refaites, dans un style un peu impersonnel mais bien agencées et pratiques. Par contre la réception, le lobby et la salle du petit-déjeuner sont dans une exécution très soignée. Tout le personnel était très agréable et visiblement bien formé et professionnel. Heureusement que les deux réceptionnistes qui se sont succédé étaient efficaces et agréables, car elles sont seules au desk et doivent répondre en même temps aux clients par téléphone et à la réception. Mais le client bénéficie de cette gestion des coûts car le prix de la chambre était très compétitif. Petit déjeuner varié, excellent et avec certains produits faits maison ou de manière artisanale.

Splendido soggiorno nel cuore di Ferrara. La camera è nuovissima molto spaziosa e attrezzata di ogni confort. Ci hanno fatto trovare dei deliziosi biscottini di benvenuto in camera, ottimi e davvero molto graditi. Tutto il personale eccezionale, dai receptionist al portiere notturno alle ragazze della colazione… colazione peraltro davvero ottima e variegata.
