Siamo stati una notte, per un giro in città, e visita alla mostra di Escher, ed è stato tutto perfetto, dalla posizione, al parcheggio sotterraneo comodo, dalla gentilezza del personale alla pulizia e tranquillità notturna. Torneremo! Grazie del graditissimo omaggio di biscotti, buonissimi.

Excellente situation à une minute à pied du centre historique et facile d'accès en voiture. Chambres récemment refaites, dans un style un peu impersonnel mais bien agencées et pratiques. Par contre la réception, le lobby et la salle du petit-déjeuner sont dans une exécution très soignée. Tout le personnel était très agréable et visiblement bien formé et professionnel. Heureusement que les deux réceptionnistes qui se sont succédé étaient efficaces et agréables, car elles sont seules au desk et doivent répondre en même temps aux clients par téléphone et à la réception. Mais le client bénéficie de cette gestion des coûts car le prix de la chambre était très compétitif. Petit déjeuner varié, excellent et avec certains produits faits maison ou de manière artisanale.

Splendido soggiorno nel cuore di Ferrara. La camera è nuovissima molto spaziosa e attrezzata di ogni confort. Ci hanno fatto trovare dei deliziosi biscottini di benvenuto in camera, ottimi e davvero molto graditi. Tutto il personale eccezionale, dai receptionist al portiere notturno alle ragazze della colazione… colazione peraltro davvero ottima e variegata.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione del 25 aprile. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, a pochi passi dal Castello di Ferrara: noi abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto (c'è sia possibilità di prenotare un parcheggio coperto che di lasciare la macchina sulle strisce blu davanti all'ingresso, basta prendere accordi con la reception) e scelto di girare a piedi, ma volendo si può anche approfittare del noleggio bici direttamente in hotel. Abbiamo due bambini e quindi abbiamo prenotato una camera familiare: gli spazi erano ottimi, la camera pulita, profumata e silenziosa. Il buffet della colazione è vario e abbondante, il personale molto cortese e disponibile, con un attenzione per i più piccoli che ha fatto sì che i miei bambini non vedono l'ora di ritornarci... grazie davvero per il vostro lavoro!

ho trovato questo hotel su un sito, non lo conoscevo, ma posso dire che mi sono trovata benissimo.... In primo luogo è centralissimo con 10 passi sei fronte castello.... la mia camera non era molto grande, ma pulitissima e funzionale. da rivedere il bagno serve qualche accorgimento in più.... La colazione perfetta, prodotti freschi e di buona qualità le frolle delle crostate deliziose. Il persona il top.... cortese, professionale attento ad ogni esigenza

Ottima scelta! Lo consigliano sotto ogni aspetto Vicinissimo al centro, organizzato per il parcheggio, belle camere e pulite. Anche la colazione è varia e abbondante, raramente abbiamo trovato questa qualità. Personale gentile e presente! Consigliato!

Hotel in posizione fantastica, offre diverse modalità di parcheggio, stanza ampia e ben tenuta, ambienti comuni piacevoli e buona colazione. Un po’ troppo caldo in camera nonostante fuori fosse fresco: portate pigiami leggeri :) Ci tornerei sicuramente e lo consiglierò a chi verrà a Ferrara. Bravi!
