Een parador is zelden minder dan 4 sterren. Deze is beetje stijf. Best kleine kamer. Uitzicht op de marinehaven, je moet ervan houden. Ontbijt prima, maar dat is tegenwoordig 100% gelijk getrokken in de hele keten. Ik heb nu 6 overnachtingen gedaan en de ontbijten zijn identiek. Dus prima. O ja je kunt hier niet parkeren, tenzij je enorm geluk hebt. Maar het lukt prima in de buurt.

I was recommended to book with free breakfast. I was disqualified when I was told at check/in that I would have to pay for breakfast. Not clearly explained why.

The only negative note is the lack of private parking in a town full of cars but empty of people! There's no one around (we stayed at the end of April) but finding parking is like winning the lottery. It's a real shame, because the structure, although old style, has its own charm. Very kind, friendly and smiling staff. Excellent breakfast.

Stay in double room with not much of a view, the bathroom is updated the furnitures outdated, the bed comfy. What cant be beat is the location and the view from outside. The front desk is efficient, breakfast standard, this is three star establishment afterall. Sign up for amigo de parador member and they will throw free breakfast. I reserved four months ahead and the rate was very economical. Great place to start camino ingles.
