Nice room, amazing interior and great location in the medina with a drop-off area 2-minute walk away (text the riad for drop-off location). Food was great. We left early in the morning before the breakfast time, they offered takeaway for the complementary breakfast Lights were a bit dim in the room and the drain smelled in the bathroom.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete and sufficient. Breakfast was served in the morning, and the staff were friendly and proactive in offering assistance. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in the Medina, which, like all hotels, is difficult to find, but they will pick you up from where the taxi drops you off on your first day. The common areas are beautiful and very well maintained, with impressive interior courtyards. However, the room was neglected, and in the four nights we stayed there, it wasn't cleaned or tidied even once. The breakfast was varied and plentiful.

It's located on a side street in the old town, and the side street is a bumpy slope, so it's difficult to carry a suitcase. The room is spacious! (The moment I entered, I thought, "Wow, it's not spacious!" lol) It's quite spacious when you think about it in Moroccan terms, and the bathroom is also very good! (This is important to me as a Japanese person) The guys are young, but they're working really hard towards their future goals lol They're very kind!!! Breakfast is included, which is a plus. It was great to stay in a traditional Moroccan riad! I can highly recommend it

The lobby of a 400-year-old house is luxuriously decorated, but the layout and structure of the old building are unsatisfactory. The guest room requires climbing up steep and narrow stairs, so it is not recommended for the elderly or people with limited mobility. This place is also inaccessible by car. You have to walk for 5 minutes and it is uphill through messy alleys. There are usually people pushing carts (porters) on the street who want to help you carry your luggage. You will have to pay 3-4 euros depending on the size of your luggage. The taste and charges of their restaurants are reasonable. The front desk will also recommend chartered cars for travel, but we tried the driver and found it average and the charges are not cheap. There are no decent restaurants around. It takes about 10 minutes to walk if you want to eat. For those who want to experience living in a Riad, you may want to try this place with low prices and decent facilities.

Great experience. Hotel Ouliya is so beautiful and close to the gate Rcif and an easy walk to the copper markets! We ate at their rooftop restaurant every night, it was delicious. Haitham, the waiter and receptionist was the best. He welcomed us in and helped us with everything he could. He made sure we were happy and safe and enjoying our time. He was so helpful and friendly, ask him about anything he is knowledgeable and a good resource. We are so glad he was there.

This “riad” isn’t located in the best of areas and walking outside after dark is discomforting. We were also promised help with our luggage coming down three flights of narrow stairs in the morning, but no-show and service for breakfast was just to bring some bread and one cup of coffee. Maybe I’m spoiled, but I did expect a little more from what we paid

The room and bathrooms were very clean. Staff was extremely helpful when we got there: they met us at the main road and walked us through the alleys to the Riad, then before we left to get food Marwane gave us some very helpful advice about typical things to look out for on the streets like tourist traps and scams that we didn't see in other cities. Marwane also gave us the typical walking tour route to see all the popular destinations of Fes without needing a guide and was very responsive if we needed anything like a taxi or extra towels. He made our stay very welcoming and I would definitely stay here again!

On property dining was excellent. The staff - Mahmood and Marwan- are excellent. They arranged us a wonderful guide - Mundir- who showed us the Madina. Marwan walked us to the taxi for the train station. Food was excellent. The Riad is a piece of art worth experience and living.
