The riad was clean, as were the rooms, the bed linens, and the towels. The room needed slippers, as the tiles were everywhere and it was cold in socks. There was also a lack of an extra trash bin near the kettle, so I had to keep all my trash on the table. Breakfast was delicious and simple. On my last day, I was disappointed to be told I had to pay for the tea they brought to my room, even though I didn't know it was a paid service. I paid, and it was no big deal, but my opinion, mood, and impressions completely changed. People seem kind to you, but when it comes to money, everything changes.

The location is fantastic! A taxi takes you right to the entrance of the Riad, no need to trudge through the narrow streets of the Medina with suitcases. The Medina entrance is right through the wall. A luxurious Riad. Everything is beautiful and stylish. The beds are excellent, as are the pillows. The breakfast is fantastic! The staff is simply wonderful and very welcoming. No issues with hot water. Thank you for a relaxing stay.
This didn't interfere with our rest, but just know that the Mosque is just through the wall, and you can hear the morning calls.

Great location close to restaurants, parking and shops. Lovely clean large room either traditional tiles, great atmosphere. Breakfast provided and dinner if requested. Loved the stay and would definitely stay again.

We loved our time at Riad al Mozyane. It was an extremely welcoming home away from home. Hayat showed us incredible hospitality, gave helpful advice, made reservations for us, and shared the beauty of her city and culture. After a three day visit, we were leaving a friend. The location was ideal for a stay in the Medina—easy access to key sites (short walk to the Blue Gate) and our driver could drop us off at our door when we arrived so we did not have to maneuver through the winding streets with our luggage. Our room was clean and spacious and our breakfasts were delicious. We would highly recommend this Riad and hope to stay again in the future.

The Riad is beautiful, the Staff were friendly and helpful. The receptionist was kind smiling and knowledgeable. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. We loved the city and the location of the riad was good. The car drove us to the door of the riad. The room was clean and confortable. We had a giid night sleep and woke up early to start the day. The terasse was nice and had a good view. We loved the silence of the morning and the fresh air. The price paid was worth it in every way.
